Property Media

Showcase your properties from every angle.

Raw drone footage is easy to come by. Finished content is not. Most of what comes back from a shoot is a folder of files and a job for somebody on your team.

Edited aerial and interior imagery, video, and social-ready content for commercial properties, shot to one standard across every building you own, so your marketing team receives finished content instead of raw files.

We work alongside your marketing team, property management, and leasing brokers. Each of them needs the same building to look right somewhere different, and the delivery is built so all of them can pull from it.

One shoot serves several teams. Marketing posts it. Leasing puts it in listings and pitch decks. Asset management shows it to investors. Property management uses it on the website and in tenant communications. Ownership gets current, consistent imagery across the whole portfolio.

What You Get

Everything in the delivery, edited and sized for where it is going.

Aerial And Stills

A curated set of edited aerial stills of the property, its access, and its surroundings

Every still color corrected to one standard, so the portfolio matches building to building

Files sized for your website and for the listing platforms you post to

Video And Social

A highlight video, edited and color graded for websites and presentations

Social-ready clips cut vertical for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

A LinkedIn cut, sized and paced for that feed rather than reused from the vertical

Interior And Delivery

Interior stills and video of lobbies, amenities, and available space

One shareable link, delivered within a week of the shoot

A dated visual record of the property as it stood on the day it was captured

How It Works

We set the shot list, altitudes, angles, and camera settings for a property before the shoot, and we use the same ones across the portfolio. That is what makes twelve buildings look like one set of marketing rather than twelve different photographers.

  • One shot list, every building

  • Everything is edited in-house

Stills, the highlight video, and every social cut are edited by our team. No part of the edit is handed off. That is the other half of why a portfolio looks like a portfolio.

  • Cut for where it is going

Vertical for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, a separate LinkedIn cut, and files sized for your website and your listings. Your marketing team posts it rather than reformatting it first.

Buildings outside Western New York are flown by pilots in our network. They receive the same shot list, the same altitudes and angles, and the same camera settings we would fly ourselves, and every frame comes back to our team for editing. The capture travels. The look does not change, because the look is made in the edit.

  • Properties anywhere in the country

  • Light is scheduled, not hoped for

The best exterior light is a short window at either end of the day. We agree that window with you ahead of the shoot and work the property access around it, rather than taking whatever the day happens to give.

If the conditions on the day will not produce imagery worth delivering, we reschedule and the return trip is at our cost.

  • Weather is our problem, not yours

  • Portfolios batch

Several buildings in one area can be captured on a single shoot day. That is the cheapest way to bring a whole portfolio onto one standard, and it is the reason owners with several properties pay less per building than owners with one.

Rights, People, and Conditions

  • What you can do with it

You get the finished content for unlimited use in your own marketing, for as long as you want it, across your website, listings, presentations, social accounts, print, and investor materials. We keep the right to use the same work in our own portfolio and marketing. If a property is confidential, or a tenant or owner will not allow that, tell us before the shoot and we will carve it out.

  • The music is cleared

Every highlight video is cut to royalty free or properly licensed music, cleared for commercial use. Nothing we deliver should draw a claim on the platforms you are posting to.

  • People in frame

We shoot without identifiable people wherever we can, because a lobby reads better empty and because it keeps the delivery clean. Where someone does need to appear, we need a signed release from that person before the footage goes out, and we will tell you in advance when a shot is going to require one.

  • Light and weather

The strongest exterior light is a short window near sunrise and sunset, and we set that window with you ahead of time. If the conditions on the day will not produce imagery worth delivering, we reschedule rather than shoot it, and the return trip is on us.

  • One round of changes

One round of revisions to the edit is included. We would rather agree the shot list before the shoot than rebuild the edit after it, which is why the planning step exists.

  • Operating note

Flights are run under Part 107. Flight over people is restricted, so an occupied entrance or parking area may need to be held briefly while we work. A property near an airport may need airspace authorization, which we file ahead of the date. We plan both with you rather than discovering them on the day.

Why Most Clients Take the Program

Raw footage is a project, not a deliverable

Capture Only hands your team every frame from the day and the work of turning it into something postable. Somebody has to cull it, color it, cut it, and resize it for four platforms, and that somebody is on your payroll at your rate or on ours at ours. The shoot is the short part of this.

The shoot is the same either way

We fly the same shot list with the same settings regardless of which tier you buy. The difference is what gets edited and delivered afterward, not how much time we spend on your property. You are buying the finished content, not more field time.

A portfolio only looks like a portfolio if one team edits it

Twelve buildings shot to one standard and then edited by twelve different people still look like twelve buildings. Consistency is made in the edit, and the edit is what the program is.

Leasing decisions get made inside the building

A tenant choosing between two properties is looking at the lobby and the available floor, not the roofline. Interiors are in the program and an add-on everywhere else, which is usually the row that decides this.

The content outlives the listing

The space leases and the listing comes down. The imagery carries on into the website, the investor update, the tenant newsletter, and the next vacancy, which is a lot of use out of one afternoon.

Tailored Scope

Tailored Scope starts at the single-service level and goes up. Different coverage, different deliverables, different cadence.

  • Frequency

Once, at milestones, or on a set cadence.

  • Extent

Which areas, which elevations, which portion of the site.

  • Accuracy

Whether survey control and independent verification are required.

  • Format

Raw data, registered data, or drafted output in your CAD environment.

  • Combination

Any services from any package, assembled for the project.

Working with Your Team

We work alongside your project team. Engineers, architects, surveyors, contractors, and construction managers all get better information to work from, and nothing we deliver takes the place of what they do.

We measure. Your engineer of record, architect, and surveyor interpret. Our deliverables are built to go straight to the people already responsible for the design and the compliance calls.

The test for anything we write: could someone go up there with a tape and check it? If yes, it is ours. If it requires judgment, it is theirs.

Bring your own engineer, or we can introduce you to one

Most projects already have a structural engineer, envelope consultant, or architect in that seat, and our deliverables are built to land on their desk in a format they can work from the day they get it. When that seat is empty, we can put you in touch with firms we work with regularly who already know how to read what we produce. They engage with you directly and we take no fee or markup on their work. We stay on the measurement and they stay on the interpretation, which is what keeps both of them worth anything.

Limitations of use

Deliverables are aerial and terrestrial measurement products. They are not a boundary survey, not a topographic survey certified by a licensed land surveyor, and are not intended for establishing property lines, easements, or legal descriptions.

Accuracy is stated per deliverable. Where results will be used for design, permitting, regulatory submission, or determination of contractual compliance, they should be reviewed by your licensed surveyor or engineer of record.

Observations are those identified within the area captured, on the date captured, under the conditions recorded. Areas not visible to the capture are listed with each delivery.

DronePoint provides construction progress monitoring for surveyors, engineers, contractors, and property owners across New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New England. Our capture work is processed in-house by Professional Drafting Service, the drafting firm behind DronePoint since 19887 – so what you receive is a finished, usable deliverable rather than a raw data dump you have to hire someone else to clean up.

Deliverables are provided in the formats and coordinate system your project requires.
